Safety First
Sunshine Structure’s, Inc. has implemented a detailed Safety Program that meets and in many cases, exceeds OSHA standards. We have only one goal – zero accidents. All employees must go home the same way they arrived to work. Senior management is deeply committed to establishing and maintaining an effective safety program by promoting company-wide involvement in safety-related programs, providing safety and health education and training; and reviewing and updating workplace safety rules.
Compliance with the safety rules is required of all employees as a condition of employment.

- Full time Safety Director.
- All employees participate in Safety and Health orientation and retraining.
- First Aid and CPR training and certification for supervisors.
- Employee training on hazard communication standards and safe use of hazardous material.
- Training and certification for all equipment operators.
- Employee training and strict adherence to personal protective and full protective equipment policies.
- Weekly Toolbox Safety meetings and daily jobsite meetings for all employees to discuss current jobsite hazards or conditions.
