Sunshine Structures Begins Structural Concrete on the Lee County Justice Center Parking Garage

FORT MYERS, Fla. (2/6/09) – Sunshine Structures, Inc., has begun the structural concrete on the new Lee County Justice Center Parking Garage located at 2120 Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd., Fort Myers, FL.

Target Builders, the general contractor, awarded Sunshine Structures the contract to complete all concrete foundations, slab-on-grade, ramps and concrete deck topping for the five-story, 60,000 SF parking garage.

BSSW Architects designed the structure to provide parking for 830 cars and surface parking for 270 more vehicles. Nick Demint is the project executive for Sunshine Structures, and Fred McKenna is project superintendent.
