Sunshine Structures Completes Structural Concrete on the MIMA Medical Office Building

MELBOURNE, Fla. (3/20/09) – Sunshine Structures, Inc., has completed the structural concrete and masonry on the 103,000 SF MIMA Medical Office Building located at 1223 Gateway Blvd. in Melbourne.

Marshall Erdman & Associates, the general contractor, awarded Sunshine Structures the contract to complete the structural package on this 2 story tilt-wall building; this included all cast-in-place concrete, steel-reinforced tilt-walls and masonry.  Sunshine Structures and their engineering team worked with the Architect, MEA1, Inc., in the design of this building.     

Russ McCone was the project manager for Sunshine Structures, and David Arjoon was project superintendent.
